Cheer on your team mates in the finish straight at the Twilight Bay Run
What better place to gather your team together and cheer on others to the finish line. Get your team tents ready for the final 100m finish line excitement.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR TEAM TENT
- Vehicle access to the site is possible ONLY during bump in / bump out times. Please also note the road closure times (vehicle access will be possible – advise Traffic management that you are associated with the event to gain access).
- Outside of bump in/out times, all vehicles are to be parked in one of the designated car park bays on Upper Esplanade. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET.
- The tent sites are on a public park on a grass surface. The condition of this surface is not guaranteed. Although generally good weather is observed for this event, be suitably prepared for a range of weather conditions. The event is only cancelled in the event of severe weather.
- Any tents/marquees will need to be secured. No tent pegs or similar are to be used. Securing weights or filled 20L+ water containers to each leg of the structure is recommended.
